Mark McMorris Stomps his Way to X Games Gold

Mark McMorris came out swinging and won slopestyle gold at X Games 2016 in Aspen, CO on Saturday. McMo spun back-to-back triple cork 1440s to secure the win, securing his fourth slopestyle Aspen X Games gold.

“I stuck to the run I wanted to do,” said McMorris. “I’m just so happy I stuck with the plan. I think the level of riding was higher than it’s ever been. It’s unreal it just keeps progressing,” he continued. Watch his winning run now above.
