Luckily for you, Polygon Gallery is presenting their free summer outdoor movies with their Deckchair Cinema event. This year, they’re blasting off to the stars with a sci-fi lineup on North Vancouver’s waterfront.
DETAILS
It’ll be Deckchair Cinema’s fourth year of treating North Vancouver to their open-air movies. From July 3 to August 28, 2025 on every Thursday, you’ll be able to enjoy a film beneath the starry sky.
Tickets are by donation, so you can give as much as you would like to get your seat. Those who donate ahead of their showing can reserve a picnic bench, as well.

Film beginning times are dependent on sundown, but music and concessions will begin at 7:00pm. Drinks will also be available from Strathcona Beer Company!
If you plan on attending, the organizers encourage everyone to bring your own chairs. Although there will be some seating provided, there are no guarantees that you’ll get one.
